Goran Bregovic's new album Alkohol: Sljivovica & Champagne is dedicated to his father. Music to dance and to enjoy with or without alcohol, says Bregovic. Everybody who wants to listen to the most famous balkan beats live on stage can do it now. The tour of Goran Bregovic and his Wedding & Funeral Band starts in Munich on the 2nd of July and ends up in Berlin on the 5th.

Since the Fête de la Musique started in 1982 in Paris it has become a major event in 340 cities throughout the whole world. Every year on June 21st, the day of midsummer, there is music in the air. Thanks to the artists who perform on this special day without being paid it's for free and the music ranges from pop to chanson over rock, hip hop and much, much more. This year the Fête de la Musique Berlin presents the furious & fulminant four also known as JAVA.

Since March 2009 The Do are on world tour with their first album A Mouthful signed on Ministry of Sound and released in Germany via edel. In May they have already been to Germany but in June they will be coming back for three further dates!

Two years have passed since the release of Nevermind the Living Dead, the striking first album of Stuck In The Sound. Now they are back with their second album Shoegazing Kids, even more ambitious than the first one. And in June 2009 they will perform for us! On their ongoing tour through Europe they will stay in Germany from June 8th to 13th.

The first Live-Boutique.Com-Festival took place in London in March 2009. The second edition will now come to Berlin : On June 5th, 2009 the Live-Boutique.Com-Festival presents ILENE BARNES, ARONAS and YULES at the famous Kesselhaus/Kulturbrauerei Berlin.

Last year, in October 2008, Caravan Palace  published their debut album in France. This week, on May 18th 2009 the album Caravan Palace signed on Wagram is released in Germany  through Ministry of Sound. And they are on tour, so let's swing!

On their ongoing tour through Europe the French Big Band gives 5 concerts in Germany between 6th and 10th May. Babylon Circus combines the folklores of Eastern Europe with French Neo-Realist songs, Urban Reggae, Ska, Jazz, Dub and Punk. Their music expresses a real "joie de vivre". Don't miss it!

French Music in the Netherlands! The Dutch venue for pop, media and culture P60 honours the diversity of French Music. The third French Connection event will introduce SPORTO KANTES, who will have their first date on the dutch territory. Co-headliner of this event will be the band EZ3KIEL.

This year we don't have to wait for autumn : in June the famous festival Jazzdor Strasbourg-Berlin proudly presents for the third time the very best of the French-German jazz scene.

Seven years after her first album La Salle des pas perdus (2001), the demoiselle has grown, matured. She comes back in Germany for 5 fresh and sweet nights in order to present her new opus : Toystore, signed on Discograph and released in Germany in 2008 on EMI.
