Richard Egarr is a British keyboard performer and conductor. Having received his training as an organ scholar at Claire College in England, Egarr has worked with all types of keyboards ranging from 15th century organs and both early and modern pianos. As a conductor, Egarr is the director of the Amsterdam-based Academy of the Begijnhof, as well as the Music Director of the Academy of Ancient Music, since 2006.
