Lescop is an exciting young French artist, who has been developing a project in London with the duo, John & Jehn. Lescop has a straightforward objective. He wants to make people dance, while he sings about his obsessions: complex human relationships, love, films, punk, and his and others' many different heroes. Lescop has, so far, always written lyrics in French, conscious of a need to reinvent French pop music, to take more risks, "to reconcile the irreconciable." Who better than John, French producer living in London, to join forces with Lescop? To create an alternative to existing French rock, to conciliate disco and Mishima, Bowie-Berlin period-with Yves Simon.
