The Chase is the new up and coming project of Cyril Douay. The multi-talented artist’s musical career has enabled him to travel from the cold-wave to the electro scene without forgetting the pop aspects of his compositions. In order to fulfill its dreams, the band called on New Yorker Mark Plati, notorious for his collaborations with David Bowie, The Cure, Alain Bashung and Charlie Winston. A transcending, catchy and other worldly musical journey, guided by the voice of Morgane, a Betty Boop-esque character catapulted into the land of rock’n’roll and electro beats. The two musicians are accompanied by bass player Mike Pobo, keyboard player Stephane Deal and Florian Brinker, the guitarist of Rinôçérôse and Laurent Guillot. A defying and explosive cocktail of concentrated talent.
