Benjamin Siksou is a French actor, singer and songwriter who sings in a traditional jazz-blues style (à la Frank Sinatra) and plays the guitar, piano and violin. Starting his violin lessons at just two and a half years old, Siksou began writing his own music in 2002 and formed a group with friends from his middle school. In 2005, the group started playing at jazz bars around Paris, and in 2008, he decided to try his hand on the ‘Nouvelle Star’ television program, where he was the overall runner-up.
